Eyes on the centre dot. Boss round: how many stars AND how many red centres? 👇

What's happening in your brain:
👁 Peripheral vision uses a different visual pathway from what you look at directly. It's built to detect movement and location, not fine detail, which is why stars and pentagons blur together.

🧠 Your brain's attention network, in the parietal and frontal lobes, lets you shift attention without moving your eyes. This is called covert attention.

🎯 Keeping your eyes on the centre means the front of your brain has to hold back the urge to glance at each shape.

⚡ The boss round splits your attention between the centre and the edges. The area you can take in at a glance is called your useful field of view. It matters for driving, sport and busy places, and research shows it can improve with practice.

Missing things out of the corner of your eye? Enquire via the link in our bio.
A challenge, not a vision test. Stop if you feel dizzy or unwell.

Why give flowers 💐 when you can give a Fork Off Gluten edible bouquet of sourdough focaccia ? Pretty, tasty, nutritious and delicious, guaranteed to bring a smile and warm the heart of every GF friend in your life 🥰. Did you know that fermented sourdough gluten free products are more easily absorbed by the body. The fermentation process improves nutrient absorption by the break down of anti-nutrients in gluten-free grains, like phytic acid, which can inhibit the absorption of minerals. Our sourdough starter is fed using the perfect flour blend produced by @ardorglutenfree bread flour. #gluten-free #glutenfreemelbourne #glutenfreefood #glutenfreefocaccia #sourdoughfocaccia #guthealth #guthealing #guthealthmatters #coeliac #wheatfree

Welcome to this Gluten Free journey, inspired by the lack of options available to everyone that suffers from a gluten intolerance. Gluten-related disorders (GRDs) such as coeliac disease, non-coeliac gluten sensitivity (NCGS), and wheat allergy can affect your skin, mood, joints, respiratory, digestive and nervous system. As a health practitioner of 25 years, I have witnessed the impact of inflammation in the body, often driven by diet.
Gluten intolerance is becoming increasingly common. It is characterised by adverse reactions to gluten, a group of proteins found in wheat, barley, and rye.
