FAMILY DAY OUT @ LION PARK 🦁

I took a bit of time away from the socials everyday and had some family time here in Zim with most of the family being together… 🥹
And even though it was super short - we did it SUPER WELL 🫶🏽🥹 I’m exited to share it with you 🇿🇼

I took them to @lionparkharare to see if it was as good as I remembered, for my little brother … and man was I BLOWN AWAY! 🤯
.
The animals we got to meet were … *takes a deep breath in* ➡️ African lions, white lions, resident baboons, wolves, ostrich, crocs, vervet monkeys, a jackal, camels and cubs… then went on a game drive in the comfort of our own car with zebras, giraffes, and pumbas whole family 🐗(warthogs) 🐾

Our wombles experience was definitely a special one, none of my family members had been and I wanted them to have a true taste of Africa 🥩

On entrance; the decor and presentation is BEAUTIFUL👌🏽 there is also a bar side that I’ve been told serves a different menu to the restaurant.
Lovely for a classy catch up with friends or an aesthetic setting to get those boojee insta pics 😘
.
The staff are wonderful! They know their stuff back to front and are able to answer any questions asked about the menu and what’s available. Their service is top quality - we were truly impressed with their knowledge when representing the restaurant 🥘
.
The food was super scrumptious! My favourite little bit being the blue cheese sauce 🤤 we each ordered a different sauce so we could try them all 🤣
.
We sat inside and it was nice and warm during this winter season, the atmosphere was pleasant and calm. (( IS IT JUST ME THOUGH OR do you also feel super nervous or judged with how you do things in fancy restaurants )) please let me know 😂🙈
.
Otherwise all in all as I said in the video, I would recommend it for special occasions if you’re celebrating something or treating someone special but it was a lovely evening for us to cherish as a family 🫶🏽

VICTORIA FALLS

One of the 7 Wonders of Natural World

Did you know that travelling to Victoria Falls will allow you to visit 3/4 countries on one trip? You will find yourself very close to the border between Zambia, Zimbabwe,Botswana, and Namibia

• The mighty Zambezi river creates a natural border between Zambia and Zimbabwe.When visiting Victoria Falls, you can overnight either on the Zambian side, in Livingstone Or on the Zimbabwean side, in Victoria Falls town. Both places have their own airports as well. Allowing you to land in one country and depart from the other.

• If you won't be able to stay in both, you can still pass the famous Victoria Falls bridge over Zambezi River, allowing you to visit the other country and come back in the same day.

• We walked from Victoria Falls to the Zambian side and visited The Royal Livingston Hotel for late lunch. Giving us a chance to see the wildlife they have on the property (giraffes, zebras, impalas. )

• You can't miss a day trip to Chobe National Park in Botswana. Getting up close and personal with wildlife is a memorable experience.

• Probably the most important activity is the scenic helicopter ride over the Falls. Nothing else allows you to experience the majesty of the Falls and to see them in their full beauty

• Lookout cafe offers food and drinks with staggering views of the gorge, Zambezi runs through, after falling down the 108m.

• For the adrenaline junkies there is ziplining, bungee jumping, and bridge swing from the Victoria Falls Bridge. As well as the white water rafting

• Are you're brave enough to sit on the edge of the Falls in Devil's pool? It's though possible only during the dry season, and unfortunately, we were not able to do it

• Victoria Falss' scenic walk consists of 19 lookout points, offering you different angles to see the Falls . 16 of them are on Zimbabwean side and 3 on the Zambian side. The entrance ticket price is therefore higher on the entrance from Zimbabwe

• Finish your day with a romantic sunset cruise on the Zambezi river. Enjoy the views of wild animals like hyppos and cross while sipping your cocktail
