⚕️🎯🪻🧿⚕️
Scene & Hir'd heads rejoice!

I was honored to lead an antifa chant from my poem "A Disciplined Political Program for the Gay Bar" for @whilewereherebk at C'mon 7/14/26
📸 on stage by @jamesfactora

Excerpt:

I'm the nu nu cultural revolution
I'm channeling trees
I'm channeling Virgil Ortiz
I'm channeling water and fire together
In a sexy configuration, the Steamworks,
Blossoms bursting from our piston-box lament

In a vision we saw a way to solve the puzzle cube and we were full of joy

Promise me you'll never shop at Target
Promise me you'll delete Instagram
But girl, the bag!
The bag is a target for drone warfare
Make a new bag!

I am a corn husk dressed up like a goddess
I am a dancer for beauty
The dance for beauty demands a better life
Where the emotion of beauty is always felt
🪢🌕🪸🌌

I was also honored to be one of 200 cymbals for the @eye.boredoms performance at @watermillcenter thank you @softcircle for organizing! Eye signed my zine of his I've had since 2006 😭 It felt really special to be in a collective pattern channeling particular circle symbols I've been sigiling in my own art.

Finally, please check out the group show at @ptolemy.world! I have a piece about transition and gentrification in Glendale I made specifically for the show ⚧️

While We’re Here is a year old and I think we’re going to do it for a long time. You really should come if you haven’t. The vibe is so nice and we all really have fun. I love you.
