The hours, the trial and error, the โ€œwellโ€ฆ that didnโ€™t go as plannedโ€ momentsโ€ฆ theyโ€™re all part of the process. Iโ€™ve been diving into a little more wire work lately, (suns) โ˜€๏ธ and I have a whole new appreciation for the artists who make it look effortless. Some of my little suns have turned out exactly how I imaginedโ€ฆ and some, wellโ€ฆ letโ€™s just say theyโ€™re still keeping me humble. ๐Ÿ˜† But every piece teaches me something, and every new design is a little better than the last. Now itโ€™s your turn! ...well, well, well... I was banned from posting for the last month due to the art contest @officialpeoplesartist which I ended in 6th place in the top 10 in my group.๐Ÿ† Thank you for all your support! Meanwhile I kept painting ๐ŸŽจ and sketching. Had a early sneak peek event for my new collection "The Light Half" which will be for sale June 27, 2026 at my pop up exhibit๐Ÿท๐Ÿท @patinawinebar. Please stop by! I baked @ambitiouskitchen strawberry๐Ÿ“ cake which I ate too much of all by myself. I practiced pincha. It's gonna take a long time before I get that pose.๐Ÿคธโ€โ™€๏ธ I went to old timey car show in my hood.๐Ÿš—. Did the flowers ๐Ÿ’for @octobercafechicago for the Summer Solstice weekend. Hope everyone got a chance to soak in the rays for this magical MidSummer week.๐ŸŒž I also worked on a couple 30 years a painter projects. So please stay with me for surprises coming.๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐ŸŽจ #LichaAtOktoberStudio #Chicago #PaintingsForSale #30YearsAPainter #MidSummerMagic
