What’s in our 3-tier snack container for today’s adventure? 👀

🍍 Bottom: Dried pineapple. It looks wild, but the pineapple flavor is SO good.

🥭 Middle: Freeze-dried mango. All three boys love it even the baby.

🧡 Top: Persimmons… except that tier is already empty. 😂

My boys go through persimmons so fast that when @costco has them, I buy three bags at a time!

Little hike adventure from earlier this summer. As leaves change and temperatures finally fall, I hope we can all look back on this heat wave of a summer and pull some good times out of it. Never a bad day when you’re in the IPW. So many beautiful places, wildlife galore, and a community of people appreciating and respecting nature. Remember to plan ahead, leave no trace, and never look a moose in the eye unless you have premium health insurance.

Bonus food at the end because every hike is better when capstoned with tacos and margs.

Want a successful kid outing?

Mouths that are full complain less in my experience 🤣 so......

SNACKS. 😂

Today’s @whiskware lineup:

🐉 Dragon fruit—packed with fiber to support healthy digestion
🧺 Figs—with that hard little stem removed!
🥜 Cashews + pistachios—protein and healthy fats to help keep this breastfeeding mom fueled

Always serve dried fruit in easy-to-eat pieces appropriate for your child’s age.

Snacks for the kids AND Mom because everyone behaves better when they’re fed. 😂

Take 2 on the shopping trip 😜

I’m a fall girl to my CORE so we’ve got crockpot chicken nachos on the menu this week! I don’t care it’s still 80 here WE ARE FORCING SPOOKY SEASON 😂🎃

The Reese pumpkins declared it so. Who am I to disagree 🤷🏼‍♀️

Also made my husband some PB pretzel bars for his fantasy football draft, but I make them gluten free so I can enjoy them too… no shame 😂 recipe for those coming soon!

@whiskware the best stackable snack cups that come out on every shopping trip 🥨

@zakdesigns also makes every trek with us so I’m not cleaning up spills when cups are inevitably thrown 🥤

@shopritestores shout out to you. We love you! 🥨

@chickfila & to CFA… forever keeping our Thursday night CFA family dates alive ❤️

Need a durable snack container that actually holds enough? 👏

I highly recommend the three-tier @whiskware containers!

Mine has been used and washed SO many times that the characters have literally disappeared and the container is still going strong. 😂

Today’s toddler snack stack:

🫛 Edamame—a delicious protein-packed snack
🍓 Freeze-dried strawberries—basically chips without being chips
🟣 Prunes—because, strangely enough, my kids LOVE them

And yes, the prunes go in the smallest tier…

Because we ALL know what happens when you eat too many. 💩😂

I do NOT leave the house with three kids without a snack bag. 😂

But my perfect snack bag is actually…

A GARDENING TOTE from Dollar Tree! 🌱👏

It has six perfectly sized pockets:

🍓 Three for my @whiskware snack containers
💧 Two for @thermosbrand water bottles
🧻 Three for sanitizer, tissues and miscellaneous mom stuff
☔ And a HUGE one for my travel umbrella with some fidget toys JUST IN CASE 😅

And when my third baby starts drinking water.....Three snacks on one side and three water bottles on the other!

I found it during the spring gardening season for around $5 and they’ve brought it back three seasons in a row.

Mine has already survived THREE seasons, so I haven’t even needed to replace it…

But I still bought a backup for the day it finally gives up. 😂

Affordable, durable and accidentally PERFECT for three kids!

Meal prepping Bear’s morning snack for school with my favorite little helper 🥹

A little messy, a little chaotic & somehow a little magical ✨

These are the moments I want to always remember. Tiny hands helping, meals being made + a whole lot of mama & me time 🫶🏼

⬇️ What’s in the container
Plain greek yogurt
Chia seeds
Mashed banana
