I’m really not one to do long sappy goodbyes. It’s not forever that’s for sure. But I’d be remiss if I didn’t acknowledge moving on from one of the best gym communities I’ve ever been blessed to be a part of. • • Finding this gym in the middle of a very turbulent year for me was such a blessing in disguise. I’d never had a gym I felt like I could call a second home. But Epic definitely became that for me. • The most supportive, kind, encouraging group of people I’ve ever met. I loved every second of it and I’m forever grateful to have been able to represent this community at my very first show. Such a wonderful memory-It will forever hold a special place in my heart. • So this is more like see you later. Thank you to every single person that made such an impact on me over the past year and a half💙💪🏼 carry on with that #neverquit mentality.

Next on the list for show day thoughts is my Epic family. • I came to Epic earlier in the year before I moved back to CT. Just looking for a new gym, better environment, something to change it up. I couldn’t have imagined that by the last few weeks of prep these people would take me in and make me feel like their own, and even pick me as their first bodybuilding athlete in CT and help get me to stage, especially being so new to the sport. • With all the gyms I’ve trained at so far or been a member of, I can honestly say theirs is the first I genuinely look forward to going to beyond just for training. And as a self proclaimed introvert that is something special to me. • • Lucas, Danielle, Zach, Ashley, Emily, and all of the wonderful staff at Epic, from the bottom of my heart- thank you. Thank you for supporting me and believing in me, getting me through the tough days and celebrating the highs with me.
