I entered this year with newfound self-understanding, and my voice back, both figuratively and literally. Realizing along the way that I’ve always communicated most clearly through writing and song.

And with that came finally taking some of the steps I didn’t have the capacity to take before. From starting voice lessons again, to responding to a random TikTok video, to performing on stage after years of keeping this part of myself contained within the walls of my many NYC apartments.

I’m so grateful to have been chosen for the first shift of @thenightshiftcabaret alongside an amazing group of people with shared passion. Last night was one I won’t soon forget and I’m beyond grateful to those who have been cheering me on along the way.

Clocking out for now, but hoping to call the stage home much more often 🩷.

Last night seriously deserves to Bo. It never gets old. Hands-down, the best performers, and people.

Not only is it incredible concert, but it brings so many people into my life that I am very appreciative of. I appreciate you so much. @whitexsparrows! Thank you for being such a wonderful friend and person. I’ll never forget how sweet you were in Detroit and every other time we’ve met since. Cannot wait to see you again at a show in the future.
