Strong moms don’t wait for the perfect week. They show up, lace up, and do the work again. Sometimes it can look easy, but it isn’t and that’s the point. Every rep you put in today is the reason the next one feels lighter and smoother. Ready to build your own “strong”? Merry Christmas ♥️ love team CBD and from my family to yours! I did the unthinkable for a Virgo this year (I just didn’t do a Xmas card!) This is VERY out of character for me, but I blame the renovation. SO I’m using these pictures that I adore from our wallpaper collection launch party (swipe for family pic). These mean so much to me! This day brought together so many friends and family showing up for me, I’ll never forget it. Definitely felt like Christmas in my heart. To my fantastic team and our trusting (and fun!) clients thank you for a wonderful year of work and growth. I have the best job in the world 🍋🎁♥️ #centeredbydesign photos: @annieparishphoto

I’ve done @hyroxamerica 3 times. Once solo and twice with a partner. At first glance, the race breakdown can appear intimidating but it’s a dynamic race that will push & strengthen you inside out. Like anything else, you just have to commit and train properly. 💪🏾 Race #1, my goal was to finish. Races #2 & #3, I wanted to conquer the course with @whitkel and have fun! Hyrox came at a perfect time for me. I was on a bikini bodybuilding hiatus, things were just re-opening from COVID and I was feeling stagnant in my professional career. Hyrox training forced me to move, grow and think differently at a time when I needed change.🙏🏾 HYROX #1 Solo: May ’22: Pasadena, CA HYROX #2 Partner: Nov ’22: Chicago, IL HYROX #3 Partner: Feb ’23: Chicago, IL 8 station race breakdown: 🏃🏽‍♀️RUN 0.6 mile 💪🏽SKI ERG 1000M 🏃🏽‍♀️RUN 0.6 mile 💪🏽SLED PUSH 2x25M 🏃🏽‍♀️RUN 0.6 mile 💪🏽SLED PULL 2x25M 🏃🏽‍♀️RUN 0.6 mile 💪🏽BURPEE BROAD JUMP 80M 🏃🏽‍♀️RUN 0.6 mile 💪🏽ROW 1000 M 🏃🏽‍♀️RUN 0.6 mile 💪🏽FARMERS CARRY KB 200M 🏃🏽‍♀️RUN 0.6 mile 💪🏽SANDBAG LUNGES 100M 🏃🏽‍♀️RUN 0.6 mile 💪🏽WALL BALLS 100X #hyroxamerica

Sneak peek of our Chicago-based interior design studio refresh! 🍋 🌞 💚 We’ve talked a lot about our new Glencoe location, but we shared the love with our Lake View studio as well, and recently made several decorating updates. Our team is loving our new look. There’s lots more to show you in March after we professionally capture both locations. But…If you need a sign for a spring refresh this is it. It felt amazing to be there this week with a few impactful design swaps and the sun pouring in! Wallpaper featured is our Bespoke Trellis design in Teck colorway with @isidoreleroy #adprodirectory #adprodesigner #chicagorealestate #chicagodesigner #trellis #trellisgarden
