Why Tagni? This is the question I probably hear the most. The answer is simple: it's personal. In fact it was personal before it became professional.

Tagni is a Bamiléké word meaning father of twins, and a title that was given by my Cameroonian in-laws before it became an expression of the work.

Since welcoming our twins into the world, I've quickly realized the importance of holding two things at once. Work and life, social life and self care, or a baby boy and a baby girl. Tagni felt like more than just a way to describe my new life. It felt like the perfect way to describe the responsibility, balance, and duality of everyday life.

Tagni's mission is simple: reduce the invisible costs of being human. Whether you're a friend I've known or one I haven't made yet, I hope you'll follow along to see how this all takes shape.
