On Saturday, we had a wholesome conversation with @deanagan, who shared what it means to be at the forefront of ministry while carrying deep pain and grief.

It was a beautiful and eye-opening conversation.

If you're a man, minister, leader, or father navigating grief, this conversation is especially for you.

This Father's Day, we celebrate the men who continue to show up despite the pain, the loss, and the unseen battles they carry.

Your strength matters. Your healing matters. And you are deeply loved.

Happy Father's Day to our precious men. ❤️❤️❤️

One of the biggest misconceptions about emotional healing is the idea that once you recover from a painful or traumatic experience, you become immune forever.

Not true.

Emotional healing is not a destination; it is a lifelong commitment much like physical health.

You may recover from a fever today and experience another health challenge months later. The difference is that over time, you become more aware of your body, your symptoms, and what helps you heal.

The same applies emotionally.
Healing teaches you:
• self-awareness
• emotional regulation
• healthy coping systems
• how to recognise triggers
• when to seek support

Sometimes, life reopens wounds you thought were settled. That does not mean you have failed. It means you are human.

Healing is not about becoming untouched by pain.
It is about becoming better equipped to navigate it.

This understanding is one of the reasons Catharsis was created….for YOU

WAKE ME UPPPPPPP!!!! 😭🔥💃

Because THIS Sunday on #Ripples, we are hosting the phenomenal Coach Bisi aka @secretplacewife LIVE!!! 🥳✨

Listen… this isn’t just another conversation.
This is one of those moments that shifts something deep within you.

I first encountered her during the Virtual Healing Hangout 5.0 hosted by my beloved @tomiisinbalogun, and later connected with her physically at the London Healing Hangout in March. The rest, they say is history 🤍

Coach Bisi carries wisdom, grace, strength, healing, and a faith that speaks before she even says a word.

Her story is powerful.
Her journey is inspiring.
And it’s no coincidence that she’s joining us on ripples

Especially in a season where we are honouring the love, sacrifices, resilience, and strength of mothers around the world 🌸

If you’ve been praying for healing, clarity, encouragement, restoration, or simply a reminder that God still writes beautiful stories you NEED to be in the room.

A few moments later, he said something I still cannot forget:
“I should have gone first… she was so beautiful.”

That line shattered me. He loved her deeply

Grief doesn’t discriminate; it has nothing to do with strength, status, or how composed someone looks.

People are carrying unbearable pain silently every day.
The hardest part?
Many of us have become experts at masking grief.
Smiling outside.
Breaking inside.

You never truly know who’s grieving around you.
This is why Catharsis exists. 🤍

A safe space to process grief, pain, loss, and the emotions you’ve had to hide for too long.

You do not have to carry it alone anymore.
Send this to someone grieving silently.
You might just be saving a life!!

The pain was too much, so I cried.
The disappointment was deep, so I cried.
The wait was long, so I cried.
I felt alone, so I cried.

Sounds like you?

Some pain transcends words.
When words fail, tears speak what the heart cannot say.
It’s okay to cry.

God sees every tear.
And when you’re done…

#Rise in strength.

Episode 9 of Ripples got me really #emotional
.
.
One thing that really stood out in this episode is the intentionality of God; how He goes the extra mile just to meet us where we’re at.
.
.
@dearcoachgrace You really did justice to this. Thank you ma for your vulnerability and once again for showcasing God’s goodness even in the midst of grief.
.
.

We’re forever grateful for the life of your son, Tobi (who is now in heaven) and for the beautiful memories you shared. May the Lord continue to strengthen you
.
.
.
God is indeed intentional about His children and He is rejoicing over us with singing!!!
