What a great shoot for @citymattressusa and @pranasleep. It was an endurance week of shooting pushing the boundary of what we could do and staying late one night to get the right light which made all the difference. The light, models and shots were absolutley perfect. It’s hard to belive that week we must have a had team of 40 under the direction of @artbydanieljude and myself @erikkellar. I can't begin to tell you how much the team makes this possible. It really takes a viallge to make it look easy, The guys from City just moving stuff up and down stairs on a three story house. The creative team at City Mattress @stellartalentagencyinc for always coming through with talent. @dualityartistry and @whystyle_erica love you guys. Something exciting is coming... You may have noticed I’ve been a bit quiet lately. (Thank you for the private messages asking if I’m okay.) Not absent—invested. I’ve been pouring my time into my next iteration. Recalibrating. Reimagining. Rebranding. Building The Resilient Brand—not just for my clients, but for myself. In truth, it’s been a seven-month journey of deep reflection and learning, all in service of showing up at a higher, more meaningful level. And here’s what I learned along the way: growth asks you to loosen your grip. Part of this journey is a willingness to be visible and current. Going into my branding photoshoot, I made a decision that felt almost unnatural—I chose to release control. I wanted to be able to offer styling services to my clients, and I had never worked with a stylist before. So this time, I didn’t choose a single outfit. And I realized afterward that I hadn’t looked in the mirror once during our entire collaboration. I simply trusted. The experts in their space. The process itself. I make it a practice never to refer business I haven’t personally experienced—so let me tell you what happened. I met a team of remarkable, wildly talented humans: a photographer, a stylist, and a makeup artist. Independent of one another, yet they had worked together before. The connection was instant—the kind of genuine, kind-hearted collaboration you can’t manufacture. And the result? Pure magic. Here’s the truth I keep returning to: when you release control and allow others to fully shine and do what they do best, you create and hold space for the most extraordinary results. That’s the heart of The Resilient Brand—evolving through pivots, setbacks, and reinvention. I am so grateful. Not only to know them. Not only to have experienced each of their God-given gifts firsthand. But to now call them my friends. And I am so excited for my clients to collaborate with them, too.
