Stage One: Rebuild With Awareness

The first stage of rebuilding isn’t about simply loading the tissue—it’s about understanding how it responds to load.

The athlete needs to develop a clear connection with the appropriate musculature, while the clinician assesses tissue response, movement quality, and load tolerance.

Before we chase strength, power, or performance, we establish the foundation: feel the right muscles, control the movement, and determine what the tissue can tolerate.

Rehab starts with awareness. Performance starts with a tissue that can handle the demand.

Sometimes you’re not failing. You’re just quitting too early.

Building something better is messy. The first version might fail. The second might get ignored. You might question the idea, yourself, and whether any of it is worth it.

But that’s the point of building: you test, you learn, you adjust, and you keep showing up.

That same mindset applies to the body.

Follow along as we work with a former track athlete who ran a 2:00 800m. 🚅

After years of discomfort in his adductors and hamstrings, we looked deeper, identified the weaknesses, and built a roadmap 🧪

Because you don’t need to get it right on the first try.

You just need to keep working toward the next version.

Don’t quit on version 1.
