Couldn’t be more proud of the teams here at Hartwick College. Getting into performance and continuing to build day by day. Brick by brick, coming off a Wednesday of 4 Wins from: FH, WSOC, WVB & MSOC.

With multiple Fall teams in phase 2 of there perspective programs. Maintaining strength, minimizing injury and harping on both landing and being explosive from the ground.
Highlighting; off set jumps, pogos and series of ball throw variations. Attacking Unilateral movements like SL Band Hamstrings Curls and SL DB RDL’s to attack asymmetries and work on strength as majority if not all athletes play on 1 leg ( or are in an unbalanced / single leg position during competition.

Using time under tension to maximize percentage usage ( pauses / eccentrics on movements) and “controlling chaos” during our sessions. Every team is in ( and or scheduled to be in by this upcoming Monday)

True believer in progressing naturally into Cleans; so we target jump shrugs, rack pulls and prayer stretches to teach the body to naturally be able to efficiently be in the clean position minimizing the risk of injury per athlete, while also using overload on rack pulls to increase safety while getting hip extension.

PLAYER SPOTLIGHT!

2027 Blue LSM, @jaysimmons876, had a huge summer. He’s played an integral role in the success of our team and has been a consistent playmaker on both ends of the field.

Currently uncommitted, he is a player to keep an eye on. #recruiting #lacrosse #lax #uncommitted

Tonight, we get to celebrate the next chapter for Chase Mayo. We welcome you all to join us for Chase’s signing day as he prepares to leave for Hartwick College as a lacrosse student-athlete. Chase joined us as an after-school participant in 6th grade at Ignite Middle School, and after seven years with Bridge, we get to see him sign his Letter of Intent to play collegiately. Chase has been one of our most dedicated student-athletes and has played a huge role in the culture and community of Bridge. We hope to see you all tonight at JC Phelps at 6:00p! #bridgefamily #bridgefamilia
