One of my favorite times of the year is the cable industry’s Leadership Week! ✨I left feeling energized, inspired, and deeply grateful.💜

This year was bittersweet, as it marks my final @wicthq Leadership Conference serving as Global Board Chair of The WICT Network. I’ve had the privilege of working alongside an extraordinary group of leaders dedicated to creating pathways for growth, connection, and impact across our industry, especially for women leaders.

It has been an honor to help advance the mission of an organization that empowers all leaders and drives meaningful change around the globe. ✨

I was also grateful to join a NAMIC panel discussion focused on how organizations identify, develop, and empower leaders who, in turn, help cultivate the next generation of talent. Thank you to @NAMIC for such a thoughtful, engaging conversation and for the great work NAMIC continues to do to develop and empower leaders in our industry, especially leaders of color.

Both @WICT and @NAMIC played pivotal roles in my success in this business through providing growth and leadership development opportunities and exceptional educational programs.

Cheers to taking all the inspiration, insights, and connections we gained and carrying it forward into the year ahead! 🥂

Four years attending @wicthq Leadership Conference and this year, I got to sit on the other side of the table - what an honor!

I spent part of the week providing 1:1 coaching to attendees who were ready for more & needed space to pause, get clarity & build action.

The theme I kept hearing, in sessions & in those coaching conversations: even with AI here, we still need each other. While the tools are getting faster, the need for someone to really listen hasn’t changed.

I also came home with four new books (of course!!!) First up: the How of High Performance. Thank you Sally Henderson for the inspiration! Can’t wait to feed my brain on more individual & team development tools!!

Grateful to The WICT Network for another fantastic week & to everyone I caught up with, met for the first time & brainstormed with.

This year was extra special as I got to share NYC with the girls too!! Woot woot!
