ˈdisəplən/ : Discipline refers to training that develops self-control, character, or orderly behavior, often involving obedience to rules or punishment for violations.
__________

Personally I chose to be disciplined, not only to feel better in my own body, but to take care of God’s temple (‭‭I Corinthians‬ ‭6‬:‭19‬). As a wise voice once told me ( @widjgaelle ) : “My body cannot show my sin”. I then understood that sin can’t cohabitate where God resides.

My sin? Gluttony. If you’re also dealing with this, know you’re not alone and there is a way out. “How?” you shall ask yourself? With discipline. Discipline through your diet and how active you become.

“But I discipline my body and bring it into subjection, lest, when I have preached to others, I myself should become disqualified.”
‭‭I Corinthians‬ ‭9‬:‭27‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

You don’t want to be disqualified. Discipline your body.
