Emphasis on :
attacking the rim, landing on two feet , showing the ball and finishing high.

The focus : 1. using our off hand to create momentum going to the basket (without pushing off)

2. Being able to catch and shoot with a defender lurking. (Emphasis on footwork and catching while going forward to keep the defender from being able to recover)

It’s the little things 💎

This month is my one year anniversary of doing something that will forever change my being. I know going into the Urban Souls 1st Cohort Teacher Training I was nervous and excited all at the same time. What was in store for me I did not know or could have ever imagined. Our mentors, my OG Yogis, the path that took to get here... has brought me more joy, peace and hope than anyone would have ever dreamed. I miss you US YTT200 1st Group! 🩷your memory will forever be in my 🩷
