Should I wrap my hands before I punch? 𝗬𝗘𝗦!

✊ Protect the muscles, tendons and ligaments in the hand from injury.

🩸 Avoid cut knuckles.

👊 Bind the hand into a single stronger unit to secure your movable bones and loose joints and allow you to punch with more power.

“The Jab” Is the most important shot in boxing 💯 Who agrees?? 1: It can be used as a range finder.
2: It can be used to close the distance on your opponent.
3: It can be used to set up combos.
4: You can rest on it...keep flicking it out whilst taking on some air.
Here are 3 different ways the jab can be thrown....what’s your favourite way to throw this shot? Drop a comment below 🥊#boxing #boxingbasics #boxingtraining #boxer #fundamentals #jab #rangefinder #slip #combos #boxingcombos #punching #shadowboxing #drills #shadowbox #footwork #skills
