POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Thank you God for this opportunity to be alive and to show up again and again. It’s not about how many times you fall, it’s about how many times you can get back up. Didn’t go exactly how I planned for IBJJF PAN NJ but I came out and gave it what I had! First tournament at the brown belt division and I learned so much about what I need to work on. Gonna sit with it for a bit and take everything I can from this experience. Excited to get back on the mats and get ready for Worlds in December. Congratulations to all my teammates who competed- a bunch of monsters! Huge thank you to @detroitjiujitsuacademy @justcallme_gonzo_ for coaching my matches. Thank you to all of my sponsors for making this possible! @myteamwellness @eltibu_tattoos @mothertreevitality @forkintheroadadventure @wilddivinitywellness @thecosmichavenlmt @elementzwellness @nakeebutter @therealplanetjane OSSSS 🤙 #ibjjf #jiujitsu #brownbelt #bjj #nogi

You are the home for your consciousness. We are given this precious soul to care for. We are given this incredible temple for our soul to rest in. How do we build this place in which we reside? How do we set the foundation? How do we color its walls? What stories do we tell within? What music to we listen to, what songs do we sing to it? What pictures do we hang? What food do we bring as an offering? We have the gift and opportunity to create the home of our dreams. What will yours feel like? #manifestation #manifesting #quantumhealing #soundhealing #wilddivinitywellness

One of my dear friends, @tonealchemy, used to say, “Let’s cacao about it.” To me, it was always an invitation to open the heart, nourish the soul, and allow the medicine of cacao to soften us, helping us see life from a more heart-centered perspective.

Dr. Afonso and I are honored to return with another beautiful offering at @enlightenedsoulcenter in Ann Arbor, MI.

Join us on June 7th from 1:00–2:30 PM for an afternoon of heart nourishment, connection, and renewal. We will begin with ceremonial cacao to gently open the heart, while offering sound therapy and Reiki to support relaxation, balance, and deeper connection.

Through intentional presence, healing frequencies, and heart-centered community, this experience is designed to help you slow down, soften, and reconnect with yourself in a grounded and meaningful way.

Come as you are and allow yourself the space to receive.

We can’t wait to share this experience with you. 🤎 Please visit www.hopeacupuncture.com to register. Limited spaces are available. Please DM me with any questions. @hopeacupuncture @wilddivinitywellness

We are in a potent time of transformation within humanity. With all of the heaviness in the world, the energy that gets pushed to the forefront of media and news is often fear centered, power over control that disconnects us from ourselves and one another. One way we can cultivate power with others is to collectively be in spaces that elevate us all energetically. These experiences are curated to call in the energy that serves the highest good on the micro and the macro levels. This is a great way to start your week, elevating the energy that you are bringing forth into cocreation with all of humanity. Meet yourself where you are and leave feeling lighter, centered, and with an empowered sense of the divine spark that you are. These sound experiences are sure to have you stepping into deep transformation. It’s an honor to love and serve you in this way- yours truly, Cora 🤍 ✨#soundhealing #annarbormichigan #loveyourself #elevateyourvibe #highestgood

In this immersive introductory Herbology class, we will explore the foundations of working with plants as allies for balance and healing. You’ll receive take-home notes and resources to support and deepen your own herbology journey beyond the classroom.

We’ll begin by learning the core classifications of herbs and an overview of Chinese herbal principles, then move into the emotional and mental connection to our organs and how these relationships influence overall health. You’ll gain insight into specific herbs that support organ balance on both physical and energetic levels.

The class will also introduce muscle response testing as a way to access the body’s innate wisdom. Through live demonstrations, you’ll learn how to apply muscle testing for yourself and integrate it into daily life as a tool for intuitive and informed decision-making.

We’ll close with a deeply relaxing sound healing to help integrate the knowledge, leaving you feeling grounded, refreshed, and inspired to continue your relationship with plant medicine.
Please RSVP at www.wilddivinitywellness.com under events. Send us a DM if you have any questions! We look forward to seeing you! #holistic #herbology #muscletesting #enlightenedsoulcenter #wilddivinitywellness
