Where is this right place? Why our Co. Clare chocolate factory in Tuamgraney! We are open Monday to Saturday every week, and you can come and see us at work, grab a gorgeous Coffee or a Hot Chocolate in our Cafe and even grab some nice choccie gifts from the factory shop!

In my mind I always think of chocolate as creamy, velvety, melty, silky, gooey, smooth , decadent, luscious, and that it just flows, pours, oozes, drips, dollops, drizzles! What are your favourite chocolate description words!

We’ve been working on these deep filled 230g bars for the last few months and our first batch is now available! We’ve called them the Óir range as this is the theme colour on the bars with red, black or white cocoa butter accent splash for each variety. These are the equivalent of 4 normal bars so there’s loads of fillings to get you teeth into! But be warned they’re full on! We’ve three flavours to choose from!
Salted Caramel Biscoff Milk Choc
Lemon Meringue Macaroon Milk Choc
Hazelnut Praline Rocky Road Milk Choc

We’re still making Dubai bars! The interest is still there because it’s all about the pure pistachio butter! Agree?
