As we continue to reminisce about the beautiful moments we shared at the festival, it’s now time to request your refund.

Simply follow the steps to claim the remaining balance from your wristband.

Please note that refunds are available until 21 July at 20:00 (local time). Make sure to submit your request before the deadline. 🌞

Our festival is cashless, so here’s everything you need to know about making payments during the event. Easy, quick, and hassle-free! 🥰

CENTRAL SECTOR GOES CASHLESS.

Starting this Friday, all payments inside Central Sector will be made through the official Central Sector Cashless Card.

You can get your card at the Top-Up Point for 1000 ALL.

This amount works as a card deposit.
At the end of the event, you can return the card and receive your 1000 ALL deposit back.

Or, if you want to keep your card, you can take it with you and use it again at every upcoming Central Sector event.

All credits you have on the card will remain valid and can be used at future Central Sector events.
