Two hours just for you, to settle your mind, relax your body, and restore your energy. We'll tap into the shifting season and set intentions on paper for what we want out of the months ahead, and how we're going to care for ourselves during it all. And then we'll let those ideas soak in for a long and restful restorative yoga practice. Quiet, cosy, and comfortable 😌

It's just what we all need ahead of the silly season!

But before we get there, we are creating space for a somatic breathwork journey, an opportunity for those who are carrying a lot silently and looking for a space to safely navigate what is alive.

Another term of Postnatal Yoga comes to an end. 🥹

It’s always bitter sweet to say goodbye after seeing the same mummas and their babies every week for 9 weeks. But knowing they can continue these connections outside of this space is the absolute best. 🥰

In our last class of the term we always finish with a little picnic to have extra time connecting, such as beautiful way to finish things off. 💗💗

Excited to be bringing my Restorative + Intention Setting seasonal classes to @wildstudiocanberra ✨️ Starting with Spring!

I don't know about you but I am more than ready to greet the Spring season. I'm craving the colour, the building warmth, the lushness! 🪻🌳

In these classes we tap into the energy of the new season through guided meditation and carefully curated journalling prompts, to help you embrace the opportunities ahead and set your goals in motion.

Then we let those intentions simmer away in the background as we bring ourselves to rest, with unhurried and blissfully supported restorative practice. Filling our energy cups so we can meet the season feeling renewed and ready.
