Inhale. breath steady. eyes forward. rooted. 🌬️

Myth: strength has one look. Truth: small progresses add up each day. 📈

one thing being a competitive athlete has taught me: success is earned. not given. 🔥

Only a few openings left. 🖤

If you’re craving strength, plant-based, and community connection… this is the energy we train with. 🌱

Lets break down the implements⬇️

This was a duck walk straight into power stairs event, which I was very excited to try out. Now, I didn’t struggle much with the duck walk, but this was my very first time ever doing power stairs—an implement I’ve been DYING to try for the longest. Because it’s a moving object implement, I honestly figured it would be a smooth ride... but boy, was I wrong! 😂

BRUH, I wanted that second one so bad, and since I’m obsessed with mastering whatever is in front of me, BEST BELIEVE I’m coming back for it and more. 😤✨

I do want to give a massive thank you to all the incredible competitors and coaches who supported one another, hyped up every single lift, and brought the best energy. Community like that is beyond appreciated and truly makes a bigger impact than you know. 🖤

If you’re ready to stop waiting around, level up your standards, and actually build real strength, drop a “YES” below… just know I’m always rooting for you! 💪🏾

A MAJOR THANK YOU to everyone showing love and celebrating this win near and far. 1st place U64kg Strongwoman aint for the weak baby! We put in work in front but ALWAYS BTS.🥇

🥗 Save this post for the days you need a reminder. ✉️ Share it with someone who needs to hear this today. 🤍 Follow @goodenergygains for raw strength, real training, plant-based fuel, daily wellness, and all the good vibrations. ✨

2026 WEST COAST REGIONALS CHAMPION ⚔️🏆🩷👑✨

Real life beauty, strength, brains, and a samurai 🥷✨

Months of heavy lifts, late nights, early mornings, and pouring everything into this prep led to taking home the ~64kg strongwoman West Coast Regional Championship. But honestly, the absolute best part is sharing it with even more amazing people. 💕

A MAJOR shoutout to my Vegan Strong Team @veganstrongteam @plantbuilt for helping me prep and always supporting me near and far! To my coach Bradie @veganhercules for his unmatched guidance, always being locked in, hyper attentive and being an absolute master at his craft regardless of my busy life and schedule, and always building top tier strong athletes. The amount of growth and gains I’ve had this past year has been incredible. You are beyond appreciated! 🌱 💪🏾

Huge thank you to my wifey @geno5841, my incredible friends, @beth_a_smith my lucky charm 🤪, and getting to compete right alongside fierce powerhouses and other incredible women. Iron truly sharpens iron. 🗡️ 💖

If this prep taught me anything, it’s that showing up for yourself every single day changes everything….let’s build your strongest era next. ❤️‍🔥😤

[ P.S. second to last slide: when you’re too busy vibing to get a real photo together, you just make one into existence. @susanaraborn 🤭🤗💗🫶🏾💫 ]
