A great conversation with strength coach, professional strength athlete, teacher and mentor Joey Szatmary. There’s a dimension to Joey that most people are not aware of. In this discussion we move past the weights into the bigger picture of life and meaning. We also talk about the need for “Soul lifting”…or lifting weights just because you love it…moving away from the dark insecurities and negativities that drive a lot of motivations to lift.
