Senior spotlight: Cptn. Will “the Bee” Bruzesse
The team’s leader, the teammate to always reach out to, and who always shows up on time.
Captain since freshman year, part time ski school owner, and full time coder and skier, the Vermontier does it all.
We’re thankful for everything Will has put into the team, always supporting every one of our members and always with a smile... he deserves his break.

Congrats Will and thank you for everything!

There’s a reason this place feels different.

When people do hard things together, something shifts. Effort, challenge, a little discomfort… it creates connection. There’s actual science behind it. Shared struggle builds trust, releases feel-good chemicals in the brain, and helps people bond faster and more deeply than almost anything else. 🧠💪

That’s what you see in here every day. High fives after tough workouts, someone cheering you through your last reps, familiar faces becoming friends over time.

It’s not just about fitness. It’s about showing up, working through something hard together, and walking out feeling a little stronger — and a little more connected.

And we saw it all weekend with our Quarterfinal athletes, pushing themselves to their limits, supporting each other through every rep, and creating memories that will stick long after the workouts are done. 🔥🙌

Huge congrats to everyone who took on the Open these past few weeks 👏🔥

We’re excited to have a handful of athletes moving on to Quarterfinals and can’t wait to watch you take on the next challenge. Your hard work and consistency are showing, and we’re proud of the effort across the board.

One of the best parts of this season is the energy it brings to the gym — people showing up, pushing themselves, and supporting each other every step of the way. 💙

Over the next few days, we’d love to have you in the gym cheering on our Quarterfinal athletes as they take on their workouts. Come hang out, bring the energy, and be part of it. 🙌 check wodify for our schedule!!

10 athletes from CFWP have earned their spot in the 2026 @crossfitgames Quarterfinals 🙌🏻

We’re so proud of all of you. You put in the work and trusted the process. Great job! 💥

And, we are incredibly grateful for our coaches who lead from the front by educating, pushing, and inspiring this community every single day. 💪🏻

Now let’s get behind them as they take on Quarterfinals later this week. We will be posting the schedule in Wodify announcements so you’ll known when to come by and cheer on these athletes as they take on 4 more tough workouts.🔥
