What does a blast double and a snap down go behind have in common? They are both worth 3 points ! Shout out to all the fellas at @awawisconsin for snapping on the mat this week! Depositing hard work a penny at a time!

I’m so incredibly proud to have been apart of this team, and of the person i’ve become in the process.
•
One of the most significant things i’ve gained from this sport was the ability to make amazing memories that I’ll forever cherish. I’m beyond grateful for my teammates and coaches.
•
I truly apologize to the people I may have let down in my failure to achieve certain goals. Regardless, this was the most beneficial and positively impactful thing i’ve ever done for myself. So I just wanted to say, thank you to everyone who has witnessed and supported me through these 4 years.🤍
