Every drill has a meaning behind, but every rep has an outcome!
.
We don’t just put our athletes through “workouts”, we program with intention.
.
Everything we do it’s built around what our athletes need and where they need to go.
.
Purposeful programming -> specific outcome 🫡

Every competition is a lesson you can’t get in practice.
.
Our standard is simple: Don’t talk about it. Be about it.
.
Competition isn’t about beating the person next to you. It’s about demanding more from yourself. Every rep, every sprint, every race pushes our athletes to another level.
.
Show up and get the work in!
