𝐃𝐫𝐢𝐥𝐥: Banded Wide Base No Roll

𝐆𝐨𝐚𝐥: To teach the hitter how to stay grounded and control the lower half during the swing. This drill builds stability and helps prevent the front knee and hips from rolling or collapsing.

𝐅𝐨𝐜𝐮𝐬: The Banded Wide Base No Roll focuses on keeping tension in the band to maintain a strong, balanced base. The wide stance helps the hitter feel how to rotate around a firm front side while staying connected and driving through the ground.

𝐂𝐮𝐞: “Keep your hips locked in and fire from the ground up.”
