Find your tribe during cancer. 🤍

Not the people who say, “Stay positive.”
Not the ones who disappear because it’s uncomfortable.

Find the ones who:
• Sit with you in the hard.
• Text you on scan day.
• Drop off dinner without needing to be entertained.
• Let you vent without trying to fix it.
• Celebrate clean scans like they’re their own.

Cancer can feel isolating. The appointments. The waiting rooms. The 3am spirals. The after-treatment anxiety no one warns you about.

But you were never meant to carry this alone.

Your tribe might be:
– Other survivors who just get it
– A group chat that checks in weekly
– A church small group
– An online community
– One fiercely loyal friend

Whoever they are — hold onto them. Let them hold you.

Healing isn’t just medical. It’s emotional. It’s relational. It’s communal.

Find your people. And if you’re still looking… I hope you know you’re not alone here. 🤍
