I’ve delayed posting this because I wanted to be able to soak in what may be my last summer at my favorite place on planet Earth: Cedar Lake Camp. It has served me in so many ways, and it has allowed me to serve in so many ways. From the sisters I’ve me there, to the great blessing of brotherhood, I couldn’t thank the Lord more for camp. I wouldn’t be where I am at now without this place, and I can’t wait to send my family there in the future. I am even struggling now to find the right words to convey how I feel, so, I’ll leave it at that. Praise God for this place, for the people within it, and for the love of God that we all share. His Word thrives in this place, and I am blessed to be a part of it!

Thank you Lord for working in me the past 12 years of camp and working through me the past 5. You have blessed me and so many other with this camp and I pray that you will continue to use camp to bring your children to you. I pray you will use me as long as I can serve at this camp. Amen.

TYJ for @cedarlakecamptn this has truly been the biggest blessing ever. I’ve made so many friends throughout the weeks but most importantly i got the chance to know God and grow with him, and thank you for this amazing CIT group. They have taught me so many things and have been with me throughout my journey i can’t thank them enough. I cannot wait to work next year! 🏕️🤸🏻‍♀️

So much joy and sweetness at my favorite place!

This week was a shock but getting to serve and teach these kids with @leah.burgin_ was a huge blessing and allowed us to be there for eachother and the sweet girls we had in our cabin

Continue to pray with me for camp as they have 4 more weeks with campers and pray that they can reach the hearts of many more kids!!

My last Junior Counselor year was a blessing to say the least. This summer has brought about many relationships that have highlighted God. It has also been a testimony to how God can work through us when we are simply obedient. Following Christ doesn’t mean life is full of following rules, but instead it’s living in the Spirit, and through the Lord come abundant joy. Praise God and let it be so
