REACH OUT & CLINCH SOMEONE!🔥 "The clinch is where many fights are actually won or lost." Clinch sparring is incredibly necessary for the sport of Muay Thai. Here are just a few reasons why: • Builds specific conditioning like cardio • Keeps you calm under pressure • Helps develop balance and stability • Teaches control and leverage #RojasMuayThai #MuayThaiLife

Fall in love with Muay Thai. 🙏🏽 Fall in love with doing something that scares you a little. With showing up not knowing what you're capable of yet. With being uncomfortable, learning, growing, and surprising the hell out of yourself. You don't have to know where it's going to take you. Sometimes the best parts of your story come from simply being brave enough to start. 🥊🙏🏽 #RojasMuayThai #MuayThaiLife

#FBF FLASHBACK TIME 🇲🇽🌴🥊 Sharing this throwback because it brings back some of the BEST memories from one (of many) of our Rojas Muay Thai train-cations in Tulum, Mexico… and because we have a pretty special announcement. 👀 We’re excited to welcome our dear friend Eddie Farrell 🇦🇺 to Rojas Muay Thai for a SURPRISE Muay Thai Seminar on July 29th! Years ago, RMT had the honor of being the first gym to bring a large group of students out for what we called a "Muay Thai Train-cation" at Eddie & Brooke’s gym in Tulum. What started as a crazy idea turned into an unforgettable experience and helped spark a trend of gyms from all over the Americas traveling there to train, learn, and experience Muay Thai in paradise. Now we get to bring that same energy back home. 💜 For those who don’t know Eddie… 🇦🇺 Professional Muay Thai fighter out of Australia 🥊 50+ professional fights 🌎 Competed internationally against elite level competition 🇹🇭 Spent years living, fighting, and training in Thailand 🏆 Owner, coach, and lifelong student of Muay Thai Eddie will be in the U.S. for his upcoming fight on Warriors Cup and is making a stop to spend time with us before heading back home to Australia. During his visit he will be available for private sessions AND hosting a special 2-hour Muay Thai Seminar: 📅 July 29th ⏰ 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM 📍 Rojas Muay Thai 🥊 Youth & Adults welcome (all levels) 🎟 $60 RMT | $70 GUEST Link can be found in our online store www.RojasWear.com We’re taking over our busiest day of the week... W.E. Wednesday/Recess Sparring Day, and closing the gym for this special event. The mats will only be open to seminar attendees. This is more than a seminar for us… it’s getting to share the mats again with someone who has been part of our RMT journey for years. Don’t miss the chance to learn from a fighter, coach, and friend who has lived this sport around the world. 🇹🇭💜🥊 Spots will be limited!
