Slightly different client motivation method here 😂

This guy has made frightening progress in just 5 months! In the pursuit of progress we thought we’d create some friendly competition today…

And he’s absolutely buried me 😂

But I am delighted for him - he joined me as more or less a beginner 5 months ago. The apprentice is now the master with a whopping 115KG bench🔥

We’re only just getting started too - can’t wait to help him overtake me on everything else 🙌

A fantastic couple of weeks at OB Notting Hill

We've exchanged five properties.
Agreed a further £8m of gorgeous Notting Hill properties.
Hosted two excellent networking events with other luxury lifestyle brands.
12 new instructions.

And you still think the market is slow in PCL?

More to the point, we've had a TON of fun with some extraordinary people, long may it last! 😊

A strong week for the OB Private Notting Hill team.

Five sales agreed in the past seven days — three at the full asking price, which is a very encouraging way to start our time at OB Private.

More importantly, it feels like a sign of growing confidence returning to the Prime Central London market. Buyers are still considered and selective, but with the right guidance deals are being done and momentum is building.

Pleased for our clients on both sides who can now move forward to their next homes. 🏡📈

A truly individual home in the centre of the neighbourhood – discreetly positioned, architecturally confident and finished to an exceptional standard.

The principal reception and dining room is exceptional, with six-metre vaulted ceilings and eight south-facing windows that fill the space with natural light and create impressive scale. A bespoke walnut kitchen with cream marble worktops and island, custom joinery, and a hand-built staircase.

Colville Mews sits quietly behind Lonsdale Road, moments from the junction of Westbourne Grove and Ledbury Road – the vibrant heart of the neighbourhood.

Guide price: £2,250,000
