“I’ve been going to the gym for 2 years and eat pretty well.”

Will had never tracked a calorie in his life

Never tracked a macro

Guessed every portion, estimated everything else

And couldn’t work out why nothing was changing

Christmas came and went

2 weeks of eating shit had his energy levels completely in the bin

And like most lads in that position he told himself he’d sort it out next week

Then he saw a couple of posts on my page that he felt described him a bit too accurately for comfort

Unlike most lads, he actually did something about it

He signed up on New Year’s Day, despite being on fence right up until he did it

12 weeks & 12kg’s of body fat later…

Training in the best place it’s ever been

His clothes getting looser week by week

His energy levels are the best they’ve ever been

And for the first time in 2 years, he actually understands what he’s eating and why

Will came in wanting to lose a bit of weight in 6-8 weeks

He’s finished his fatloss phase and is now wanting to build a proper physique

That shift doesn’t happen because of a meal plan

It happens when someone starts to realise what they’re actually capable of

If he can do that in 12 weeks, where does he end up in 12 months

Will’s not done

He’s just getting started

Swipe to see what Will had to say after 12 weeks.

If that sounds like you, you know what to do

My 1-2-1 coaching spaces are available

Drop me a message and let’s get to work
