Too often I’m called to build up what someone else recklessly tore down.

The past should always be part of the plan when it comes to our kids’ futures. Don't forget about it.
Help them learn from in.

Coaching is more than just drills and wins.
It’s a title I'm proud to earn every day.
It’s an incredible responsibility.

We don’t just coach the game.
We build and protect their confidence.
We restore their love for it.
We teach and set them up for what’s next.

We got this!

"On The Run."

Shoulder.
Hip.
Toe.
Chest Up.
Throw.
Chest Square.
Leave it out there! IYKYK

One clean motion.

Release point at or above the eyes.
Eyes focused on their eyes.
That’s how we stay accurate while staying aggressive.

Controlled energy wins football games.

We got this!

Awards will be forgotten. Trophies sit on a shelf and collect dust.

But people?
They'll remember how you showed up with character.
How you led with integrity.

You don’t always get the recognition. You won’t always get the credit.

You earn trust.
You earn respect.
From the people who matter most.

How we make people feel lasts longer than any award ever will.

We usually only get one chance to get this right.
Choose character.
Make it count.

We got this.

As a coach, my job is to build great football players. I'm not a trainer. I'm a coach. Training happens to be a part of what I do.
I also feel my job is to build LEADERS as well.

Life is going to give every kid a moment.
A moment to stand up.
A moment when people are looking for someone to lead, and when that moment comes...
I want it to be one of my guys.

That’s why I develop more than athletes here.
I develop men.
Men of character.
Men of integrity.
Men who are ready.

I’m giving them the platform now,
so they’re prepared for everything ahead.
On the field.
In the classroom.
In life.

We got this!

Life's too short for sports to feel like a chore.
Get back to the grassroots.
Back to why you fell in love with the game.
Remember the rush of competing.
The bond with your teammates and coaches.
Your family, the rides home, the lessons learned in wins and losses.

That’s what it’s about.
That’s what lasts.

Let go of the noise.
Play for your brothers.
Play with courage & heart.
At the end of the day,
it’s about the love of the game and everything that comes with it.

We got this!

"One Rep Away"

Being the second guy doesn’t mean you’re out.
It means you’re one rep away.

You’re not the starter today? That's okay.
Here’s your opportunity.

To Master the little things.
To Earn your keep.
Backups don’t become starters by waiting.
They become starters by being ready.

When your number gets called...
you don’t flinch. You deliver.

And while you’re working?
Be a great teammate.
Because championships are built by the whole room.

Use your eyes as a weapon.
Use your eye discipline to help guide you through your progression. Educate yourself, before you school them! 😉

Earn trust first.

Do what you say you'll do.
Beware you say you'll be.
Care behind the scenes.

Money follows.
Success follows.
Respect follows.
Love follows.

Chase and earn trust. Then the rest will chase you.

"Read Progression"

Same play.
New look every snap.

Read who.
Read why.
Don’t freelance it.
Don’t force it.
Trust it.

The defense will tell you where to go.
Coverage points.
Leverage points.
Blitz tells you too.

Your eyes + your rules =
the right answer.

Every. Single. Time.

See it.
Trust it.
Throw it.

We got this!

We have to believe in our players as much as we believe in our plays.
Maybe even more.

X’s and O’s?
They don’t change much year to year.
Playbooks get recycled. Concepts come back around.

Players though...
Players who refuse to quit believing.
Players who trust the process when it’s hard.
Those players change the entire trajectory of a program.

Teach and Listen enough to not only hear them, but to grow with them.
Always inspire enough that they never stop believing in themselves.

Do that... and we won’t just draw up wins.
We’ll build WINNERS.

We got this!
