Happy 18th Soberversary @willhoar! You have been sober an entire eighteen years! It has been a blessing to watch you become ever wiser and more evolved - you are an unending source of love, joy, support, and inspiration to those around you. You have overcome more than most people will ever know and no matter how much darkness you have had to face, your faith in God and the best of humanity never seems to waiver. Your sense of humor is absolutely winning, as is the loyalty and kindness you show your friends, and the new people you help find their way in the program. Your openness about sobriety and your journey has helped countless others and I am continuously proud and grateful that you chose to take this path through life. I love you. O

16 Years Sober…and it is a Sweet Sixteen.

Getting sober is the best decision and action and repeated action I could and will ever make.

I’m alive today because of that decision and a 12 Step Program.

The result is a life beyond my wildest imagination.

If you’re in the depths of despair, or think you have a problem, or are just curious…there is hope. There is life after what you’re enduring. AND there is TRUE LOVE AND JOY on the other side

Chronic Illness means we don’t get out as much as we’d like 🤷🏻 😌 (just part of our life)

So when @owolfsouthwest and I are able to enjoy each other out and about, it’s really special.

This was our first real date(s) in 9 months.
