✨ Woke up and we chose..

🔥 violence.

💪🏽 Right into the first piece that most drag about. Awesome to have @willi_dill to push this piece together. When Taytay's beats dropped, it was a climax (red zone!) ✨

🏋🏻‍♂️ Engagement with barbell was meditative. Need to do more again.

☀️ Great start of the day 🙏🏽❤️

☝🏽 My mind was in a denial...

😬 Interval was on the programming this morning. I didn't want to do it; especially after sprinting with Dom the previous evening around the car park. Not a single inch of my being has that desire let along the weather in early dawn 🥶

✨ Schoko Cheerio showed up; bubbly ✨ and gave that extra push. Sweaty and hard. Glad it's done.

🦦 Do things you don't wanna do, do it more often.

💪🏽 We heard...

🦿 the legs were calling? And beside, who needs legs when you can carry them on your hands? It was a chase over sess this morning. We walked funny afterwards...🥲
