For @bergmanbrand’s HQ we wanted to lead with a curated display of one of their blank canvases: coffee mugs. Subtle, artful and a reflection of what they do best: creating merch that helps brands take shape.

Three locations. Same Stories. ☕️✨

One thing we love about this design partnership with @storiescoffeecompany is finding ways to make each coffee shop feel uniquely its own while still feeling —unmistakably— Stories. 💌

Which one is your favorite? 🤍👉

It was clear from the beginning that restoring the Pittman Building would be a special project. We were fortunate to work alongside an amazing project team with Sower Investments and Burlington Capital to revitalize this building rooted in Omaha's architectural and civic history.

This project was a truly collaborative effort and we couldn't be happier to celebrate its success as a neighbor. Thank you to the judges for recognizing The Arthur among the @iida_gp 2026 IDEA Honorable Mention projects!

Step inside The Arthur where thougtfully preserved historic elements paired with contemporary materials and amenities transform a long-vacant landmark into modern housing within a growing Midtown neighborhood.

A rare example of Art Moderne architecture in Omaha, the existing Pittman Building required careful rehabilitation. Defined by curved forms, iconic glass block, and horizontal lines the design team was tasked with sourcing materials that fit seamlessly with the original design.

The Arthur demonstrates how culturally rooted adaptive reuse can elevate everyday living and strengthen community identity while celebrating one of the city's few remaining examples of this modernist style.

📍 From New York to Omaha...and we were honored to help bring it to life.

@williamsburgpizza is known for bridging the old and the new. Award-winning NYC pizza, originally born in New York, crafted with traditionally prepared dough and topped with bold, fresh ingredients. 🍕

What comes out of their ovens? Pizza made fresh, made delicious, made for you, exactly how it should be. (And it’s earned a serious celebrity following along the way.)

So when they brought that iconic energy to Omaha, the design had to rise to the occasion. 📈✨

We approached this space the same way they approach their craft — honoring tradition while elevating the experience.

The result is a space that feels authentic and unmistakably vibrant. Because when the product is this good, the environment has to meet it. 🤤

Omaha — if you haven’t experienced it yet, you should. Come for the design. Stay for the slice!

If you live in Omaha and love coffee, you already know @storiescoffeecompany. And if you don’t…let us introduce you to your new favorite ritual. ☕️✨⛅️

We’ve had the joy of working alongside Stories for many years, helping bring several locations to life, each one thoughtfully designed to feel elevated yet unmistakably Stories.

This location in Omaha brings the mood in alllllll the right ways. Moody. Dramatic. Intentional. Immaculate. Come for the coffee, stay for the design. 🙂‍↕️
