(EN version 👇) Elle passe un peu moins de temps que d’autres à mon poignet mais c’est la première de ma collection et elle a une valeur toute particulière. J’adore ses côtés sport vintage et plongée 🤿🏊🏎️

🌎 It spends a little less time than others on my wrist but it is the first of my collection and it has a very special value. I love its vintage sports and diving sides 🤿🏊🏎️

(EN version 👇) À chaque fois que je sors cette montre, c’est un double plaisir parce que c’est la montre que j’ai eu pour mon mariage et c’est une plongeuse aux airs très vintage et c’est ce que j’aime par dessus tout 🤿

🌎 Every time I take out this watch, it’s a double pleasure because it’s the watch I got for my wedding and it’s a diver with a very vintage air and that’s what I like above all 🤿

William L 1985, Chrono Dual Time. A company I’ve never heard of before until I was searching for GMT chronographs.
.
.
Relatively comfortable at 40mm across sans the crown & pushers, there is a lovely curve to the case which makes the watch not a total slab on the wrist. It also shouldn’t be mistaken for a #heuerautavia2446gmt , but it certainly has the vibe.
.
.

The movement is a Miyota JS26 quartz module with a modification to include the central GMT hour hand. This mirrors the 24hr subdial. Redundant yes, but such a fun look. Who wouldn’t want a 7-handed watch?
.
.
Small running seconds at 0600. Minute counter at 0900. 24hr at 0300 with the 12-hr central hand to mirror it (think of the Omega Flightmaster). Center stopwatch seconds. Hour hand that can be independently set in “true GMT” fashion. Bidirectional friction bezel. Best of all? No date window; just a clean, tricompax dial look. Downside? There is zero lume.
.
.
USD $245 direct from @williaml1985 , arrived in time for Christmas. Looks like I can finally simultaneously track the west coast, east coast, and Hong Kong.
