A powerful and important concept one that touches on growth, priorities, and the VALUE OF TIME. 1. Time is Your Most Valuable Asset Unlike money, time is non-renewable. Every second you give—whether to a person, a job, a habit—is a piece of your life. So being intentional about where your time goes is crucial. 2. Who and What You Give Time To Shapes You Spending time with people who inspire, challenge, and support you helps you grow. In contrast, giving time to relationships or environments that drain you keeps you stagnant or pulls you backward. The same applies to jobs or projects: • Are you learning? • Are you building skills or value? • Are you challenged in ways that push you forward? If the answer is no for too long, it may be time to reassess. 3. Comfort is the Enemy of Growth Staying in the same place—physically, mentally, professionally—often feels safe. But growth comes from movement. That might mean: • Learning new skills • Taking risks • Leaving behind what no longer aligns with who you’re becoming 4. Growth is a Lifelong Journey Building doesn’t mean rushing. It means deliberately evolving. Sometimes that looks like pushing forward hard, and sometimes it means stepping back to reflect or rest—both are part of the process. 5. Give Time with Purpose Ask yourself: • Is this building the future I want? • Is this helping me grow or deepen in some way? • Does this align with the person I want to become? #time #rest #people #management #money #timemanagement #respect #life #love #world #government #successful #only #onepiece

Stick to a Trading Plan • Define your strategy, risk tolerance, entry/exit rules. • Never trade based on emotion or gut feeling alone. 2. Journal Every Trade • Log entries, exits, reasoning, outcomes, and lessons learned. • Helps identify patterns in success and mistakes. 3. Manage Risk Relentlessly • Use stop losses. Risk no more than 1-2% of capital per trade. • Consistent capital preservation beats occasional big wins. 4. Analyze Markets Daily • Study charts, news, fundamentals, and sentiment. • Keeps you sharp and attuned to market dynamics. 5. Review Performance Weekly • Reflect on wins and losses objectively. • Adjust strategies based on data, not emotion. 6. Stay Calm and Disciplined • Cultivate patience. No trade is better than a bad trade. • Don’t chase losses—revenge trading is destructive. 7. Continual Learning • Read books, follow expert traders, take courses. • Markets evolve. So should your knowledge

In essence, patience in day trading allows you to make rational decisions, manage risk effectively, and improve your overall trading performance. @williammonge_ 3 Important Things to understand 📈📈📈📈 1. Avoids Impulsive Decisions & Chasing Trades: Patience allows you to stick to your trading plan and strategy rather than reacting emotionally to market fluctuations. It prevents you from “chasing” trades – entering positions impulsively because you fear missing out (FOMO), which can lead to poor entry points and increased risk. Instead, you can wait for high-probability setups that align with your defined criteria, increasing the likelihood of successful trades, according to. 2. Enhances Risk Management: Patient traders set clear stop-loss orders and adhere to them, limiting potential losses. They calculate risk-reward ratios carefully before entering trades, ensuring the potential reward outweighs the risk. Patience helps avoid overtrading, which can deplete your capital quickly. 3. Improves Trading Performance: Patience allows you to see the market more objectively, avoiding the influence of fear or greed. It helps you stay disciplined and focused on your trading plan, even during periods of market volatility. Ultimately, patience can lead to more consistent profits by allowing you to capitalize on the best opportunities and avoid unnecessary losses.
