To the institution and city I chose to represent for the past 5 years. You not only accepted me for who I am, but you provided me with a purpose. Before I was just a kid who was lost, but now I’m a man walking his own path. Thank you Missouri Southern and Joplin for preparing me for the world ahead, you are forever my second home.

To my friends and family, thank you for always supporting me and encouraging me to keep going. You made struggles and setbacks feel insignificant, because of that I was able to persevere at a high level in many aspects. The memories and love you’ve provided me have already made me as wealthy as I’ve ever desired. I’d rather endure the absolute worst than let those feelings fade.

Im proud to forever be a 🦁

Truly I tell you, I have been blessed by Him.

Outdoor turned out so much better than indoor personally but natty champs just barely slipped. We coming for it next year tho. Thanks to everyone this year that helped me this year and it’s time for next year to keep getting better

goodbye track and field. this season wasn’t what i wanted, but the memories i made along the way is what makes this year special. i made so many memories and best friends along the way and i wouldn’t trade that for anything.

coming to missouri southern i didn’t know if it was the right decision, and after everything i wouldn’t have wanted to be anywhere else. missouri southern gave me a home and ill forever be grateful for that. 💚💛 so thank you to all my teammates and coaches who’ve supported me and helped me along the way !

also thanks @luketrotter04 for giving me massages every night… i still need them though, i’m getting pretty old! 😘😝

Psalms 144:1-2 NKJV
[1] Blessed be the Lord my Rock, Who trains my hands for war, And my fingers for battle— [2] My lovingkindness and my fortress, My high tower and my deliverer, My shield and the One in whom I take refuge, Who subdues my people under me.

It’s been a season to say the least. Finishing 9th in one of the deepest Division II hammer competitions ever is heartbreaking, but a 2-meter PR and a throw of 63.49m proved we rose to the moment when it mattered most. I did not contribute any points to the team placing but I am beyond proud of my teamates for securing ourselves a 3rd place finish on both the women's & men's sides.

I’m beyond thankful for my lord Jesus Christ being my rock and salvation, my teammates, my coaches, and everyone who’s been part of this journey. This season tested me, pushed me, and made me better in many more ways than I could've imagined.

Year 4 is in the books & we’re just getting started. Much more to come.
