We are launching a new health drink 😍

For me this is a good news cos I have been looking for an alternative breakfast drink for my kids.

We don't drink sugary drink like milo or fruit juice, nor packaged cereal. They don't like that I warm their fresh milk. So kids either have plain warm water, g3 or Trimshake alternatively with their breakfast

So Colostra comes in really at a good time.

It has 15 vitamins and minerals, including 1 serving of calcium with Vit.D for growing bones. 3g protein, equivalent to an egg white. And early cow's milk colostrum for immune health. Tastes like skim milk! 💟

Most importantly it's from a trusted company 👌

Lucky me...I get to see my idol everyday
On-stage and off-stage

On stage he inspires the audience
Off-stage he leads by example

26 years later, what a joy to reconnect with my ex-team leader from Motorola US! ❤️

Yogesh was part of an important chapter in my career — we fly across countries to audit Chinese lithium-ion cell suppliers and help them meet the strict quality standards of a US company. Those challenging years shaped the younger me and my career journey. ✈️

Today, he’s retired, and I’m enjoying life as an entrepreneur. This time in Penang, no audits, no work pressure — just FOOD, FOOD & MORE FOOD! 😂🍜🥰

Vegan food hunt is still ON!

This place has no yellow flag but food without garlic, onion etc are well noted
It's a Malaysian-Western fusion food.

Surprised that this place is owned by the same owner of The Habitat, Penang Hill.
My favourite is the kerabu rice with quinoa and cauliflower hummus.

Another testament that vegan food is never boring!

As a mum, nothing warms my heart more than seeing him discover little flowers and plants in nature. 🌿🌸

May he always stay curious and find wonder in the little things. ❤️

Interestingly, my 87-year-old dad suddenly asked, “What is AI?” 🤔
当我90岁时，我也要用同样的好奇心问类似问题

I hope I can live healthily to 90, not just to grow old, but to witness the wonders of technology, ask my kids the same question my dad asked today.

May we always have the health, curiosity and courage to embrace what comes next. ❤️

Someone asked me, “How is it possible for you and Willing to work on the same business for more than 20 years?” ❤️

I guess it’s more than just business.

It’s about having a shared dream, growing together, and supporting each other through the ups and downs.

We’ve built more than a business. We’ve built a lifestyle, friendships, a team, and the freedom to enjoy more precious moments together. 🥰

And after more than 20 years, we’re still learning, still growing, and still dreaming of what’s next.

When you find something meaningful, with the right partner and people who share your vision, why stop?❤️

How can the same person look and feel so much younger? ✨

In just 3 months, Rebecca, a mum of two, lost 14kg—and gained back her energy, confidence and sense of self. ✨

After having children, many mums can relate. The responsibilities grow, time for yourself shrinks, and somehow your body changes too. 🫢
I understand that feeling because I’ve been there.

Ten months after delivering my third child, my tummy still looked pregnant. I was fully breastfeeding and thought I was burning plenty of calories. I ate healthily, yet people still asked if I was pregnant. I was so frustrated!

Later, I realised that the methods that worked for me in the past no longer did. I was getting older, my metabolism had slowed, and I was losing muscle.

That’s when I discovered Project Glow Up, just like Rebecca.

This journey has helped both of us feel more in control of our bodies again. I’m sharing it because I know how discouraging it feels when your body doesn’t seem to respond.

If this sounds like you—or someone you love—feel free to PM me. You can also refer your wife, sister or friend. 💛

The fat you can’t see may be the one worth paying attention to.

你看得见肚腩，却看不见藏在里面的脂肪。👀
内脏脂肪不是单纯影响身材，它也可能增加身体的负担。
所以减脂，不只是为了瘦，更是为了健康。❤️

Visceral fat is the hidden fat stored deep inside your tummy, around your internal organs.

Why should we care?

1️⃣ Can affect blood sugar & metabolism
2️⃣ Linked to heart health ❤️
3️⃣ Can affect liver health
4️⃣ You can have it even if you don’t look overweight
5️⃣ Excess body fat is linked to a higher risk of several cancers 🎗️

内脏脂肪太多，会影响身体的代谢健康，也可能增加心脏和肝脏的负担。
更值得注意的是，它藏在身体里面，单看体重和外表未必看得出来。

That’s why fat loss isn’t just about losing weight.
It’s about reducing excess fat and taking better care of what’s happening inside too. ❤️
