Two years later, and I’d still make almost every same design decision.

Looking back at 274 Chelsea Street reminds me why I’ve never been interested in chasing trends. Great design should feel just as timeless years later as it did on the day the project was completed.

From highlighting the existing architectural details to the custom finishes, every decision was made with one goal in mind: creating homes that people would genuinely love living in.

Projects like this are why I love what I do.

People love to tell you everything you won’t be able to do once you have kids.

The best advice I never listened to? “You won’t be able to go to Ibiza once you have kids.”

So I took the trip.
Danced until sunrise at Pacha, Hï, and UNVRS with my best friends.
Watched Spain win the World Cup (while in Spain)
Laughed until my cheeks hurt.
And came home to a little boy who had the sweetest weekend of quality daddy time in Ireland all to himself.

Motherhood didn’t shrink my world.
It gave me one more reason to live it fully.

Being a mom doesn’t end the adventure.
It makes me appreciate every adventure that much more.

CUE THE FIRST HALF OF 2K26 DUMPAROOOOOO!!! It started with a broken hand, but that didn’t stop the sexy, silly, fun times!!!!

Daily Sunset Cliffs walks, Mammoth trips, après parties, launching Season 2 of *But, Seriously*, my first viral moment with @walkben33 , and pouring my heart into creating my very first retreat, *Get Lost To Find Yourself*, happening this November in Costa Rica.

I got to explore the magical cloud forest property where we’ll gather for the retreat, then I spent an extra week beach hopping through Dominical in a converted school bus with my forever dance partner, @hehejackdaddy . I celebrated my two favorite doodies @jennyvossmusic and @chrisgroovesmusic from a Miami bachelorette to a wedding in Cabo. I was lucky enough to soak up some family time back in PA with my favorite mini-me, and got to host some of my favorite people in Ocean Beach.

I’ve thrown ass on plenty of dance floors, smoked all the ciggies, consumed my body weight in Aperol Spritzes, taught and taken countless yoga classes, had a billion laughs, and acted the fool more times than I can count.

Feeling incredibly grateful for every adventure, every lesson, and every person who made the first half of 2026 so gawd damn fun. I’m one lucky gal. ✨🤍
