Show day - few hours before stage

Coach aka the goat 🐐 @_cutz_

The reason why my tan is always on point💯👌🏻
@andylidonni @protanaustraliaofficial1

Day before show at 10:30pm
When coach tells you to get 250g of fries and and double patty with no cheese and sauce from Shakeshack at 10pm

Not gonna lie no cheese no sauce is dry as hell but at this point any calories taste good 😂

Love that they had maccas right beside the venue in the casino

3rd meal on show day - 2hash browns 👌🏻

Not bad 👍🏻

54. ⚔️🐂

A lot of who I am went into this one.

Simple message. Still means the same thing.

2. Conquer on the front. Discipline on the back.

3. Seeing it go from an idea, to something I wear

4…to seeing y’all wear it is probably the coolest part.🙏🏾

5. Everyone’s got their own vibe 🔥

Last night was bittersweet. 🩷

Alex and I had the honor of attending @davidgoldrake final show at The Magician’s Room.

We met David on March 17th, and we were immediately blown away by his incredible stage presence, illusions, and artistry!

Since then, we’ve brought over 60 people to the show because we simply could not stop RAVING about it.

Not once did we ever get tired of watching this show. Never. In fact, we were always just as excited to see it, and Alex even memorized the script! 😅😂

David, the fact that we now get to call you a friend is a blessing I never expected. It’s funny how life brings incredible people into your world when you’re open to it. 🫶🏼 You are our favorite magician, and we cannot wait to see what amazing things you do next!

One thing is for sure, we will be there opening night! ✨

We also celebrated the love of my life’s birthday last night. I got to spend the evening celebrating with so many people who are dear to us, and my heart is full. I’m so thankful. Thank you to everyone who showed up and made the night so special. 🩷

@davidgoldrake @staceynoelynsmithson , you were such a dynamic pair, and I’ll miss seeing your lovely faces on that stage!

Cheers to the future. Much love to you both! ✨

Top 5 with the big(ger) boys 😂

Regardless of the frames I’m standing next to, I know I can make it competitive. I’ve proven that before and every time I step on stage, they gotta deal with me too 💯

@walkerfitness and I have been working at this peak for a minute and I think we finally figured it out… ish 😂 Now it’s about adding some quality size up top and making this frame that much more of a threat.

But that’s a bridge we’ll cross when we get there.

For now, taking some time, eating some food and enjoying life a little…

Then 6.5 weeks to bring it all together for the ⭕️. 🐂

🚨 Online Client Highlight 🚨

Working with James has been an absolute pleasure. He is the definition of adherence, consistency, and plain old hard work. Because of those factors I’ve only had to change his diet plan two times since working together in November. We are still implementing weekly refeeds/cheat meals, cardio duration & frequency are moderate, and training volume and selection have been dialed in—his body is primed for a final push for stage conditioning 🎯🔪

What started out as a plan to get lean for the summer, turned out to be a first time competition prep! We are about 8 weeks out from his Men’s Physique debut and I couldn’t be more excited!
