There's no single way to lead a crew.

That's why you need a range of tools so you can try different strategies with different people.

It’s always a pleasure when we get a visit from Dave himself! 😎

We heard a whisper that there was a special part of the new van wrap that not everyone gets to see 👀 today’s the day we get to share it!

Always good having you In the branch legend!

Give them the big picture, and you'll be surprised what happens next 💪

📌 Save this if you supervise apprentices, or share it with a mate who does.

Let’s talk insulation resistance and continuity testers. ⚡️

Both have their place, and both are great tools for the right job.

For me, the @flukeaus 1587 is my go-to. It gives me insulation resistance testing, continuity and a full digital multimeter all in one — which makes it incredibly handy when I’m fault-finding or testing in the field.

That said, there’s still something I really like about a dedicated tester like the @kyoritsuanz 3132A. The analogue scale gives you a different way of looking at a test, and it’s a solid, purpose-built insulation and continuity tester with 250/500/1000 V IR testing and 200 mA continuity testing.

What are you using? And more importantly… why?
Digital or analogue? Dedicated tester or an insulation multimeter?

Drop your go-to tester in the comments 👇⚡️

Rank and influence aren't the same thing.

Dave found that out the odd way: as a mature-age apprentice, people still came to him for advice.

The outcome rests on your shoulders either way.

Your job is to protect your team as much as it is to guide them.

Not every mistake needs to go to the top. A good leader takes responsibility and supports the team in learning from and correcting mistakes.

That's how you build respect.

Tag a mate who's got your back 💪
