A historic neighborhood in the heart of Midtown Phoenix. A place where neighbors become friends and historic architecture meets modern culture.

I was in the Willo historic district this morning when I found myself transfixed by this incredible Halloween display! This must have taken so much planning and work. It belongs in a magazine, (or maybe goth engagement photos). Big thanks to the stranger(s) who let me intrude on their space to marvel at their handiwork.

We have been on the trail, from corner to corner, of District 4 this week!

We spent time with Bel Air Neighborhood Association this morning! It was great to connect with neighbors and see community building live in action.

We went around to different GAIN events here in District 4, highlighting the importance of knowing your neighbors and building community. Knowing your neighbors is one of the best things we can do for community building and public safety!

We spent time with our friends @delmontevillagegarden , cleaning up weeds and seeing all of their progress they’ve made this year! Once a City lot that turned into a community garden space, this is one of the many things we can do with vacant lots here across the District and Phoenix.

We talked with people at the doors about education, homelessness, speed, vacant lots and public safety. St. Gregory, Park Central, Woodlawn Park, and North Park Central have some amazing neighbors!

We spoke with teachers about Arizona’s education system, 3rd grade reading levels and how we can provide resources for working families before and after school programs.

We have 17 days, District 4. Ballots are out, and I would be honored to have your vote this November. Vote local, vote Robb!

Eeeek! I am so excited to be visiting with readers @bangbangcoffeephx off Central Avenue!
Map it out!
It’s one of the most charming and inviting coffee vibes in Phoenix! Generous and comfy furniture with shade, dog friendly, parking and a crew that rivals those coffee ambassadors at Clutch Bros!
And…have you eaten @ovenandvine ? Same property for the happy hour/dinner experience!

Historic homes deserve thoughtful design.

At Taz Khatri Studios, we specialize in remodels and additions, including attached and detached ADUs and garage conversions in historic neighborhoods, creating new spaces that respect the character of the original home while meeting the needs of how we live today.

Thoughtful design means honoring what’s already there while making room for what comes next.

I’m so honored and excited to share my passion for creating moody joyful landscapes in watercolor with you. Each piece is created to evoke a feeling of connection in a world where we often overlook the beauty right in front of us.

Please support with your presence.
Painting and creating is my passion.

A new chapter ✨ I bought a 1933 Spanish Colonial and I’m just starting the restoration - honoring the original character and giving this little house a new life. And a good scrubbing.

Let the restoration madness begin😃😻🙈💸🏡
