Meet Willow | Co-Owner & Personal Trainer at Principle Athletics

With a degree in Exercise Science, a background in nutrition, and multiple fitness certifications, Willow is passionate about helping people build strength, confidence, and sustainable habits that support lifelong health.

Our private home studio in Lenexa, KS, was built around that same philosophy: personalized coaching, quality equipment, and a welcoming environment for every fitness level.

And of course, Dobby is always around to supervise!

Welcome to Principle Athletics! 💪

What started as an empty garage is now a fully equipped private training studio built to help our clients move better, get stronger, and prioritize their long-term health.

We’re excited to share the space we’ve created and continue growing alongside our clients!

What’s your favorite part of the gym? Drop it in the comments, or ask us anything about building your own home gym!
