Got the opportunity to shoot the Baylor vs Loudon game and I’m honestly still thinking about it. Walking that sideline with a camera instead of sitting in the stands was weird and a full circle moment for me.

But the real post is the two guys next to me. Hinton has been my friend for 10 years and has given me more life guidance than I can even imagine. Will has taught me quite literally everything I know about actually running a media business.

I don’t think I would be doing any of this without them. Shoutout the GOATS @hinton.stefaniuk & @willshootz 🐐🐐

The inaugural @ufcbjj_opens have been absolutely FANTASTIC! 🔥

The energy, the competition, the families, the kids, the atmosphere—it really feels like we’re watching the beginning of something special.

Seeing so many competitors step onto the mats, test themselves, make new friends, and just genuinely LOVE ❤️ jiu-jitsu is what this sport is all about. And getting to meet some of the stars of @ufcbjj along the way? That’s just icing on the cake.

If THIS is what the first UFC BJJ Open looks like… the future of this sport is ridiculously bright. 🌟

History is being made, and it’s pretty awesome getting to experience it firsthand.

UFC BJJ IS JUST GETTING STARTED.

OK OK YOU BEAT MY ASS @mikeymusumeci

Mikey predicted all the freakin @ufcbjj matchups tonight.

It’s all good though, because win or lose, we all just gotta get back on that mat 💯

We are all blessed to be doing things we love. So Mikey nothing but props 🙌🏻 but we will run these predictions back!

SOMEBODY PINCH ME 🥰

How cool is this?! Getting the chance to learn techniques straight from UFC BJJ champ @cassiamourajj is one of those moments that reminds me why I love this sport so much.

Always be a student. Always stay curious. And when you get the opportunity to learn from one of the BEST in the world… you soak up every second.

LET’S GO! 👊🔥 Hit that follow and come experience @ufcbjj 10 with me tomorrow, AUGUST 20 at the APEX!

today we’re covering one of the artists of the 2010s that often doesn’t get brought up today, ilovemakonnen

if you were around a decade+ ago when “tuesday” with drake blew up, you know that was a song that quite literally never left clubs and the airwaves after it had dropped. it’s a song that ended up going platinum and skyrocketed makonnen’s career, from which he’d sign to ovo sound to drop his second “i love makonnen 2” EP

a lot of chatter has recently come up with him after che just sampled his song “i don’t sell m*lly no more” from that original EP for his song “tuesday,” which ended up being taken down and just came back, now titled as “2sday.” it’s an addicting sample flip and honestly one of the best beats of the year so far, shoutout to rokonthetrack and cxo for their work there and on the entire EP

makonnen is an artist that if you remember, had a ton of work with lil peep and even juice wrld, working closely with them and swipe on to see some of the iconic clips from makonnen and juice wrld freestyling and making music together

his influence is something that i feel often doesn’t get brought up much in conjunction with other artists who paved the way for the later artists of the soundcloud such as lil yachty lil uzi vert and various others, but his impact and way of curating his own melodies, in often uncanny ways, stands far above in his own plane

he still makes music today, and last year showcased him working his own job in what was honestly one of the most humble moments we’ve seen from an artist in recent memory. if you’ve been tapped in with ilovemakonnen, what are your thoughts on him and his music? and his influence today? lmk below, love y’all

The more I’ve walked through life, the more I’ve realized how similar it is to the open world video games I’ve played over the years. In the end, it’s never really about collecting the rarest items or owning the most unbelievable weapon or fastest car. It’s about exploring the map, enjoying the adventures you take, and sharing the journey with the people you care about most.

Those relationships and experiences are what make the game of life worth every second.

For real though, thank you so much to @willshootz for literally the best birthday gift I’ve ever gotten. Also, shoutout @ilovemakonnen for the hospitality and tour around Oregon!
