I stole these 3 rules from the most disciplined person I’ve ever trained with 👇

Rule 1: Discipline isn’t motivation. Motivation left after week two, what’s left is the decision you made before you felt like it.

Rule 2: You don’t rise to the occasion, you fall to your training. Race day doesn’t make you tough. The 5am sessions nobody saw already did.

Rule 3 (the one nobody talks about): Recovery IS the discipline, not the reward for it. Skipping it isn’t tough, it’s borrowing fatigue from next week.

Which one are you missing? 👇

Full-time triathlete. Full-time grind. No off days on the mindset.

What a way to close out August.

A massive thank you to everyone who joined us for the MBO Community Ride on 30 August. The turnout, the energy and the spirit out on the road made the morning one to remember.

A special thank you to RoadCover for helping keep the bunch safe on the day by supplying four motorcycles and a follow car. Having that support out on the road made a huge difference, and we’re incredibly grateful to have had them alongside us.

Congratulations as well to everyone who walked away with prizes on the day — we hope you enjoy them.

If you missed this one, make sure you join us for the next MBO Community Ride. We’ve got something a little different planned for the next one, and we think you’re going to want to be part of it.

More details coming soon.

Ride together. Move forward.
