Can you foil shacks beach PR at super low tide?? Would you risk your foil for some epic wave action? Hope you guys enjoy another kite session chronicle with LFC! This place has reef everywhere but apart from this one session at the lowest tide I had no issues at all on my 93cm mast. This is a popular spot for efoilers and wing foilers. If you enter at the main kite launch (see our pinned spot guide) ride straight downwind past the shallow reef before turning away from shore. This day I took my normal route but I bailed last minute when I saw a particularly shallow spot, dropped my kite which gave me a view on the insta of JUST how close I was to the reef. This was crazy to see I’m glad my baby is ok 😅

Do not kite every day!

Well, at list thats what works for me after too many injuries.
This season I'm trying to never kite tired.
If i am tired, I learn slowly or even get use to mistakes, and the day after my shoulder geting sopainfull that Ican'tt kite for a few days.

I find it so much better to do short sessions, eat and drink coconut between, and really not finish the day whacked.
To be honest, i think that even though i kite much less, I improve much faster.

Recovering from crushes is actually something you learn with time! I can post here about 10 recoveries like this from this session.

But should you actually try recovering from a failed trick?
Some times yes but many times the answer is 100% NO!
Mainly when training on kite loops.

Trying to recover is one of the main causes to injuries 🤕
