According to Chinese Traditional Medicine, Summer is a time of outward energy and vitality, emphasizing connection, joy, and cultivating the heart’s energy.

We can reflect this in our practice with dynamic flows and working on asana’s that open the heart space and mantras that help to fill it with love.

It’s also important to complement all that fiery busy time with a nice lengthy relaxation to recharge our batteries.

We’ll also be exploring our shoulders ( as we did hips last time), morning on strength and mobility and incorporating the weights.

Drop in classes Monday 6-7.30
Wednesdays 10-11.30 ( gentle version) & Thursdays 9.30-11 run in half term blocks and are usually full but please send a message if you’d like to go on a waiting list.

🥂🍾New Years Eve fizz 🍾 🥂

What better way to Celebrate the end of the most incredible year of my life with a bottle of something really special!!

I love a Blanc de Blanc and this one in particular holds a special place in my heart.

Super rich and chewy bursting with orchard fruits and sweet spices, yet maintaining beautiful acidity and structure this is full bodied and fancy!!

Let me know what your celebrating with in the comments and happy new year 🥳 🍷 🥂

*yes I know blanc de blanc means any white wine but 99% of the time it’s Chardonnay especially from England 😂

I wrote this song on the train to Paris last summer. It was the first time I had returned since I was in my twenties. Martin Jackson @aether_guitars with some otherworldly magic has created this arrangement and recording with beautiful vocals, instrumentals and visuals ✨
Please do let us know what you think.

Been working with the most awesome songwriting talent of late....Kattie Rosser (@soundlessexit @winebytheseaside) is a crafter of beautiful songs...simple, yet complex...always deep and touching.
This song is called 'Stay Still'.... written by Kattie. Arranged, recorded and produced by me.

I have just returned from a truly magical song writing retreat in the Chihuahuan desert. Hundreds of miles away from anywhere and surrounded by a group of incredibly talented characters. I am extremely thankful for the time spent sharing knowledge, laughter and song.
