You went out this weekend. Cute. But was it actually a night out if you weren’t drinking Shiny? 🍏

Not saying your weekend was boring, but we have questions.

🍂🍖 Fall Flight Fun @marynissenestates

🐶 Max, brought his mum out to Marynissen, on this gorgeous Autumn day, for flights—wine flight for her and treat flight for him. Max, thoroughly enjoyed our seasonal whole food flight of Jack Sirloin: peanut butter | pumpkin | AAA sirloin steak, The Classic: peanut butter | pumpkin | beef liver, and our two collagen snacks fortified with probiotics The Gobbler: turkey | turkey bone broth | goat milk, and Powerpups: beef bone broth | AAA sirloin steak | beef liver. Of course, each treat is packed with local organic superfoods—ask a server today for the full ingredient menu and you’ll see how each treat is special and unique in its own way. We hold our one-of-a-kind recipes close to our hearts.

Stop in at Marynissen Estates (open 7 days a week) in Niagara-On-The-Lake and treat your pups to a nutritious gourmet flight— the pawfect refuel for your pups on-the-go 🐾 @visitniagaraonthelake

One of my favourite seasonal tastings of the year, the Fall Flights at @konzelmannwines

The coziest way to do a wine tasting, and perfect way to celebrate fall in their cozy fireside covered patio 🍁🪵🍷

A prestigious recognition, and a proud moment for our team. 🍽️✨

We’re delighted to share that The Winery Restaurant at Peller Estates has been awarded the AAA Four Diamond designation, an honour that celebrates excellence in hospitality and the exceptional experiences created for every guest who joins us at the table.

This achievement is a reflection of the passion, creativity, and dedication that go into every detail of the dining experience. A heartfelt congratulations to Executive Chef Parsons and our incredible restaurant team for their continued commitment to culinary excellence and outstanding guest service. This recognition belongs to each of you, and we couldn’t be prouder to celebrate this milestone together.

While The Winery Restaurant is temporarily closed for renovations, our talented team is bringing their signature hospitality to Oaklands Restaurant at @riverbendinnnotl. We invite you to join us there in the meantime and experience the care and craftsmanship that make dining with our team so special.

We look forward to welcoming you back to Peller Estates when our restaurant reopens in November, ready to create even more memorable moments around the table. 🥂

🍇 Harvest time for our Chardonnay and Chardonnay Musqué 🍇

Last week gave us the exact window we were waiting for, the Chardonnay and Chardonnay Musqué hit that perfect balance, ripeness, aromatics and balance all lining up in the vineyard.

We picked When the fruit told us it was ready.
Harvest days like these remind us why patience matters.

On to the next chapter... 🍷✨

Pinot days…
Niagara #Harvest2026
I’m #straightfromthecrushpad

I stopped in to taste the juice and fermentations with @thomasbachelder

😎Cool to taste the different fruit profiles of iconic vineyards like Lowrey, Saunders and Wismer-Parke.

Harvest is a little later this year and with strategic picking the Pinot Noir is looking gorgeous.

Bags are optional. Shiny is not. 🍏

Two arms, questionable carrying capacity, and absolutely no regrets.

Stock up on your favourites at Shiny Apple Cider!
